Apertura is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join Apertura team on a remote and freelance basis. In this role, you will work closely with Apertura senior project manager to assist in handling various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in project management methodologies, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the senior project manager to plan, execute, and close projects

Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports

Coordinate project resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project success

Support the senior project manager in monitoring project budgets and resource allocations

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

Work independently and make informed decisions to contribute to the overall success of the projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Availability for regular communication and coordination with team members.
  • You must have your own computer.
  • Must be proactive.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills in English
